If I already have a growler can I get 4 refills in January for the cheaper price?
Couldn’t wait to have my morning Kombucha this morning!
Had a sugar craving last night and didn’t have any more Kombucha at home so I ate chocolate instead…bummer. Plan to stock up so I don’t run out again.
Got my refill at Mother’s today! Yay! Love to have a full growler.
Having a glass of Kombucha every evening and morning is like getting a treat everyday…loving that it is healthy for me too!
Just drank a glass of Kombucha to give me that burst of energy to complete a difficult task.
One of the unexpected benefits of drinking Kombucha everyday is that it’s very mindful experience for me. I actually sit down, take a couple of deep breaths and savor my drink. How unusual compared to the rest of my day.
I’m doing super well at not drinking any sodas, coffee, or juice. I’m only drinking Kombucha, water and hot tea, but I still have sugar cravings every day…especially when I get frustrated with my little one, it’s definitely linked to stress for me.
Thinking that it would be fun to brew my own Kombucha…but would it really taste as good as Kombucha Mama?? Less of a sugar craving for me today…hoping it is a trend…
No sugar craving today! Wahoo! I think the combo of Kombucha and knitting (to distract me) are working!!!
Enjoying an afternoon Kombucha…I’ve been trying to drink a little every evening and morning, but it takes a little of the fun out of it to have to drink it at a certain time…now I think I will just drink it whenever I feel like a need a little treat. Just filled up my growler yesterday with pomegranate…love it!
Is it bad that I’m glad my husband and son don’t like Kombucha since that leaves more for me??
that’s even more perfect i think!
Thought about making cookies tonight but then decided on a movie, popcorn, and a nice big glass of Kombucha…I totally overindulged with the size of my glass of Kombucha but at least it was Kombucha and not soda right? Did notice that I wasn’t nearly as mindful about it…interesting.
Fell off the wagon totally, thought about Kombucha but went straight for candy this afternoon and ice cream this evening. Tomorrow is a new day.
Felt really sluggish today…maybe all the sugar I had yesterday? Got back on the horse and only had a small piece of chocolate today and drank Kombucha several times today. Feeling better this evening.
good for you meagan, you wasted no time. fell off, got back on. you’re inspiring!
Finally got out an exercised today…feeling much better….keep that Kombucha coming!
We’ve got family in town and with them comes more alcohol imbibed, more desserts shared, more snacks consumed; pretty much gluttony all around! Thank goodness for Kombucha, though it doesn’t sate all my desires, it helps a lot!
Feeling low blood sugar yesterday and decided it would be good to have some Kombucha to help with that…worked like a charm!!
Went skiing today, wishing I had kombucha in my camel bak.
Darn it! I just realized it is Thursday and I didn’t fill my growler today…arghh! Wish you guys were open on Friday…with family in town I’m losing track of my days!
Just reading the Day 19 challenge on the 30day Kombucha challenge website. It says the starchy vegetables are really good for sustained energy…good to know, I had thought that they weren’t a great source for energy, but it makes sense that they are…lots of soluble fiber and a nutrient rich source of glucose, plus they’ve got antioxidents…sweet potato fries, here I come! My favorite these days.
Sitting here sipping my Kombucha while I tackle a tough project…thank goodness for Kombucha!
Can’t wait to fill my growler today…wahooo!
Tried the “Gut Meditation” from the 30-day Kombucha daily challenges. I just did it for 7 minutes since I’m a newbie. It actually went really well until the end when I remembered I forgot to pick up my prescription at Safeway today…bummer, that threw the whole thing off, I couldn’t get that thought out of my mind after that. Will have to try again tomorrow.
Meant to meditate and do all this great healthy stuff while my little guy napped. I fell asleep and slept for 2 hours! Oops…sure felt good though!
Finally back on our schedule again and have time to sit and enjoy my kombucha in the morning and evening…last week was just sort of hit and miss when I got a chance to drink it…this week, I look forward to my little breaks to enjoy it.
Meagan, you are just rockin it, look at you go! just
