Founded in February 2009, Michelle Plantenberg and Jamie Danek wanted to afford everyone the opportunity to enjoy Kombucha Tea. They saw how Kombucha that was being offered was expensive and that most people did not enjoy the taste. They also believed in local commerce and see that as the best way to reduce our carbon footprint.
